Can I return items from my order?

As a general rule of thumb: personalized or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. We love your line name, but we can't resell your customized paddle. We accept returns or exchanges on most other items that are in their original condition and packaging.
Can I get a refund on my order?
Refunds are only offered if the product is not up to par due to an error on our behalf or if your order is cancelled. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis.
