How customization works: Once you place your order and describe your vision, we will reach out to you within 2 business days via email with a digital mock-up design. Once you approve the design, we’ll begin working on your cup!

PRODUCT INFO
These stainless steel flasks are 8 oz. and come with a funnel at no additional charge. Each flask also features a screw-down cap which is soldered on to the top of the body and attached by rivets so it stays with the flask when opened so it can't be lost.
To ensure the longevity of your flask, always empty the flask after use and rinse thoroughly before filling. Do not keep alcohol in the flask longer than a period of 3 days. Do not store beverages with acidic content.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us. Returns of custom items (ex. items featuring names, crossing info, birthdates, etc.) will not be accepted. However, partial refunds can be negotiated with photo documentation of issues.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping will take around 3-5 business days. Be mindful that shipping time does not include processing time.
