  • PRODUCT INFO

    These are 22 oz. double wall acrylic tumblers. These cups are not meant to hold hot liquids. To ensure the longevity of your creation, do not microwave and hand wash this product only.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us. Returns of custom items (ex. items featuring names, crossing info, birthdates, etc.) will not be accepted. However, partial refunds can be negotiated with photo documentation of issues.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Shipping will take around 3-5 business days. Be mindful that shipping time does not include processing time.

  • PROCESSING TIME

    As all cups are made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your item to be completed.
