Please note that the shipping time mentioned above does not include processing time. The processing time varies for each item. You can find the specific processing time for each item in its product description. If you require your item sooner than the standard processing time, please contact us before placing your order.
Holiday Season Notice:
Please be advised that shipping may take longer during the peak seasons such as spring and fall induction/probate season and between Black Friday and Christmas.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue.
At this time, we do not accept returns on customized items (ex. birthdates, names, etc.). Nonetheless, a partial refund can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-custom items can be returned within 2 days of delivery. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Items being returned must be unused and in their original condition (including plastic coverings) or will be deemed ineligible for a refund/exchange. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item for damages, missing pieces, etc. Please allow 24 hours after inspection for your refund to begin processing. You will be notified if your item is ineligible for a refund.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Currently, we do not accept Zelle, CashApp, or other forms of mobile-to-mobile payment.

Q. What is the process for ordering a custom item?
Our design process is extremely collaborative.
Step 1. Initial Consultation: Each custom design starts with your vision. Some items prompt you to describe your ideas and preferences before you order. Other items need a more detailed conversation to understand your vision in order to capture it accurately.
Step 2. Design Concept: Once we have a clear understanding of your idea, we will work to create a unique design concept tailored to you.
Step 3. Approval and Production: After we complete a digital design, we will send it to you via email for your approval. Once approved, we will begin the production process to bring your custom-designed item to life.
Step 4. Delivery: Once the item is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. We take great care in ensuring that your custom-designed piece reaches you in perfect condition and is ready to be enjoyed.

Q. How long will it take to complete my order?
Most of our items have really quick production times. Items that are made to order in-house may take a little longer. The time it takes to complete a product depends on the product type, design, and current workload. To view specific production times, please visit the product page of the item you are interested in. There will be a tab labeled "Processing & Shipping" tab with a more accurate time for that item. If you need your item in a shorter time period, please email us before placing your order. During times when we have a minimum order volume, we may be able to accommodate your request.

Q. Can I pay a rush fee?
Sorry, we no longer offer this option. We have revamped our customer experience to provide a quick 1-3 day turnaround time on most items. For other items, our processing times are meant to encompass many factors such as if we need to order new/specific materials for your order, the time it takes to actually make your item(s), and outside factors. We want you to get your item(s) in a timely fashion but we like to be realistic about the timeframe.

Q. Can I change my design/add details after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible for an answer for your specific order.
Generally, custom orders go through two main phases: the design process and production. During the design process, we work with you to produce a digital mock-up that you'll love. Most custom designs require a final design approval. If you change your mind and want something different, that's totally fine!
However, once you have approved the design, your order will immediately enter the production phase and your design is locked in.

Q. I no longer want my item(s), can I cancel my order?
After your order is placed, you have two hours to cancel it. The quickest and most effective way to request cancellation is to DM us on Instagram @ThePaddleGoddess. Please include the order number and the reason for messaging all in one message. Once we start on your order or your order is shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
Q. Can I return an item?
We only accept returns on items that are not customized. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error made on our behalf, please contact us at creations@thepaddlegoddess.com to discuss a refund or exchange
